Patrice Hellebaut, senior partner at Benelux Scientific, has been doing service and application work since the mid nineties on the Coulter Porometer I and II. Since 2003, Danny Pattyn and Patrice Hellebaut successfully distribute porometers in Europe.

In 2007, Benelux Scientific acquired the rights for worldwide sales and marketing of the Porvair Porometer, the successor of the Coulter Porometer I and II.

In 2008, Benelux Scientific introduced the Porolux 1000, a joint development with IB-FT, a German engineering company.
