One step closer to filter media innovations

Welcome Marina!

We are very happy to share that Marina Ängeslevä has joined the Porometer team this August! Marina will be responsible for sales and applications, so chances are high you will be communicating with her sooner or later. Marina lives and works in Lappeenranta, Finland.

You might have met Marina earlier as she worked as a Project and Junior Researcher at the Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology (LUT) in Finland. She is still continuing her Ph.D. and planning to graduate in the near future. Her Ph.D. thesis is related to the characterization of woven filter media, so she is very familiar with different filter media characteristics such as pore size distribution, and air and liquid permeability.

Please join us in wishing her a warm welcome!

World Filtration Congress

Porometer is thrilled to announce its participation to the World Filtration Congress in San Diego! Our oral presentation, given by Dr. Dana Dutczak, about characterization of hydrophobic membranes and hollow fibers has been accepted in the Media Characterization track. We look forward to seeing you in our session on Saturday the 8th of October from 2PM onwards.

While you are there, don’t forget to drop by our booth! We have a special promotion to announce. See you there!
